Every layout below is drawn to the inch and cut from the same files each time. You pick the fabrics, the finishes and the extras. The bones stay where they work.

Each bay takes one van from start to handover. Pick the month your van rolls in and we hold that bay while you send the deposit.

What $54,900 buys before you tick a single box
The base price is a finished, livable van, not a shell with a list of upgrades. This is in every build that leaves the shop.
Sheep wool in every cavity
Walls, ceiling and doors, over a sound-deadened shell. Warm at 10°F with the heater, quiet at highway speed.
Baltic birch cabinets
Cut on our CNC to the same file every time, glued and screwed into rivnuts, never into the sheet metal.
300Ah lithium as standard
Enough to run the fridge, fan, lights and two laptops for three days with no sun and no driving.
Roof fan with rain sensor
It closes itself when the weather turns and keeps pulling air while you are away from the van.
Water that does not freeze
Tanks sit inside the insulated floor, with a 12V pump and a filter under the sink you can reach.
Upholstery in your color
Twelve performance fabrics that take dog hair, coffee and wet swimsuits. Samples mailed free.

If a cabinet rattles loose, a pump quits or a seam leaks inside three years, we fix it. Fridays are kept for owner vans, and most fixes start with a video call.
Eight weeks in one bay, and a photo every Friday
Your van gets one bay and one lead builder from the day it rolls in. Every Friday at four you get a text with photos of what went in that week.

Week 1
Strip, deaden, cut
We pull the cargo floor, sound-deaden the shell, cut the windows and fan, and pack the wool.
Week 2
Rough-in
Every wire and water line goes in before a single panel, labelled at both ends and photographed.
Week 3
Floor, walls, ceiling
Insulated subfloor, lined walls and the slatted ceiling with its lights and fan ring.
Weeks 4 to 5
Cabinets and bed
The CNC parts come off the rack already numbered, so fitting takes days, not weeks.
Week 6
Power and water
Batteries, solar, inverter and plumbing commissioned and load-tested on the bench.
Week 7
Upholstery and options
Cushions, curtains, awning, heater and anything you ticked in the configurator.
Week 8
Test and handover
A 72-hour systems test, a night in the lot with the heater on, then a two-hour walkthrough with you.

Why only three layouts?
Because we have drawn, built and fixed each of them more than sixty times. Every rattle and every awkward cupboard got solved on someone else’s van. That is also why we can quote a fixed price and eight weeks: the cabinets are cut from files we already trust.
What can I change, and what can I not?
You choose the upholstery, cabinet finish, countertop, outlet positions, curtains and every option in the configurator. We do not move the bed, the tanks or the wet bath, because that is where the weight and the plumbing live.
How does the $2,500 deposit work?
It holds your bay for the month you picked. It is fully refundable until you sign the build sheet, which we send within a week of your first call. After that you pay 45% when the van rolls in and the balance at handover, and the $2,500 comes off the final invoice.
Can you find the van for me?
Yes. We order through two dealers who allocate high-roof vans to us, at sticker price with no markup from us. If your van arrives late, we move your slot to the next open bay and tell you the new handover date the same day.
What if something breaks on the road?
The build carries a three-year warranty and the batteries ten. Text us a photo and one of the builders calls you back, usually the same afternoon. If it needs the shop, Fridays are kept for owner vans.
Can I finance it?
Most owners use an RV loan from a credit union. We send your lender the signed build sheet, the invoice and the photos they ask for, and we can wait on their payment at handover.
Next month has one bay left. It could have your van in it.
