A new smile is a decision you live with every day, so it should not be made in a fifteen-minute slot under a ceiling light. We see four patients a day, take the time to understand what you want to change, and build nothing until you have seen it.
We book one person at a time. No waiting room full of strangers, no chair turning over every twenty minutes.
Every smile is photographed, scanned and mocked up in wax before we quote. You see the result, then the number.
Dr. Marchetti sees you at the consultation, does the work herself, and checks it at your six-month review.
Ranges are what our patients paid in the last year. Your exact fee is written into your treatment plan at the consultation, and it does not move.
Thin layered porcelain, made for us by one ceramist in Bellmore who builds each veneer by hand. We shape them to your face, not to a catalogue of smiles, and we keep as much of your own tooth as the case allows.
Three visits over four to six weeks
For crowding, gaps and bite corrections that do not need brackets. You see a digital preview of the finished position before the first tray is made, and we do not start until you are happy with it.
Check-ins every eight weeks
A measured lift of two to four shades, matched to the whites of your eyes rather than a paint chart. Often done a month before veneers, so the new porcelain is set to a colour you chose.
One ninety-minute visit, or two weeks at home
A titanium root and a hand-finished crown, placed with a guided surgical plan made from your 3D scan. Where bone grafting is needed we tell you at the consultation, with the cost written down.
Placed and restored over three to five months
Every treatment begins with a $95 consultation, credited in full when you go ahead. Payment plans over 12 months are available at no interest.
A former bookbinder’s workshop, rebuilt in 2015 with one treatment room and one room for talking. The equipment is the best we can buy. The rest was chosen so you forget it is there.

Ines trained in restorative dentistry in Milan and New York, then spent seven years in a busy cosmetic practice downtown placing more veneers in a month than most dentists place in a year. She left because there was never time to ask patients what they actually wanted.
She opened Vellum in 2015 to work the other way round: fewer patients, longer appointments, and a mock-up in your own mouth before anything permanent is made. She still takes every consultation herself and lectures twice a year on minimal-preparation veneers.
