What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. If your room is ready early we will hand you the key from noon at no charge. Guests who book here can ask for a 1pm late check-out, subject to availability on the day.
Is breakfast really free, and what is on it?
Yes, for every guest in the room, kids included. It runs 6:30am to 9:30am on weekdays and 7am to 10:30am on weekends: make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Grab-and-go bags are at the desk if you leave early.
How does free cancellation work?
Cancel or change your dates up to 48 hours before 3pm on your arrival day and you pay nothing. Inside 48 hours we charge the first night only. You can cancel by phone or from the link in your confirmation text.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Pet-friendly rooms are on the ground floor next to the lawn and cost $25 a night. We take up to two dogs per room, and we give you a bed, bowls and bags at check-in. Pets are welcome everywhere except the pool and the breakfast room.
What does the best rate guarantee mean?
If you find a lower price for the same room and dates on any other website within 24 hours of booking, call us and we match it and take another 10% off. Booking direct also gets you free breakfast and free cancellation, which travel sites often charge extra for.
