You get a photo report, a measured estimate and a written scope. When the adjuster comes, one of our project leads is on the roof with them so nothing gets missed.

What to photograph before you call
- Any water spots on ceilings, from a few steps back and then close up
- The roof from the ground on all four sides, phone held level
- Dents on gutters, downspouts, AC units and the mailbox, with a coin for scale
- Shingles or debris in the yard, before you clean up
- Screens, windows and siding with new marks

We meet the adjuster
Adjusters spend about twenty minutes per house. Our project lead is there for all twenty, with the measured report, pointing at every impact so the scope matches what the roof actually needs.

Hail came through on a Tuesday. SameWeek had a tarp on by dinner and a project lead on the roof with our adjuster that Friday. New roof the following Wednesday. I did not fill in one form.
The starting price on the website was real. Our quote was $9,650 and the invoice was $9,650. Crew showed up at 7, done by 4, and they magnet-swept the driveway twice.
I called about a leak expecting a pitch for a whole roof. They fixed two pipe boots for $410 and said the roof had five good years left. That honesty got them my mother in law.

Questions we get on the driveway
Is the inspection really free, even if I do not hire you?
Yes. No fee, no obligation, and you keep the photo report either way. If your roof has years left in it we will tell you and leave.
Can you actually replace a roof in the same week?
For most shingle roofs, yes. We stock the six most common colours in our Palmetto Bay yard and run four crews. Metal and tile take a little longer because panels are cut to order.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Every day. We document the damage, help you file, meet the adjuster on site and handle supplements. You pay your deductible and we invoice the insurer for the rest.
What does the 15-year workmanship warranty cover?
Anything that fails because of how we installed it: flashing, nailing, ventilation, sealing. Manufacturer warranties on the shingles run separately and are registered in your name.
Do you pull the permit?
Always. The permit, the inspections and the paperwork are included in the written price. You will never be asked to sign for a permit as the owner-builder.
How do payments work?
Nothing up front. A deposit when materials arrive on the driveway, the balance when the roof passes final inspection. Financing from $129 a month is available on the inspection visit.
