Wet spots, slow drains or a smell in the yard. We probe the lines, tell you what we find and quote the fix before any digging starts.
Emergency callouts after 6pm, weekends and holidays add $150. Prices are for sample illustration.

There is no call centre and no franchise. When you ring, you get a Whitacre, or Linda in the office, who has been booking pumps since 1988.

Earl buys a used truck
Earl Whitacre bought a secondhand pump truck and a county map, and painted his phone number on the door. It is the number we still answer.

The card file starts
Ray started writing a card for every tank: where the lid is, how deep, what size, when it was pumped. The file now fills three cabinets and a database.

Ray takes the wheel
Ray added installs and drain field work, and the first home sale inspections when the banks started asking for them.

Dale and Sam
Dale runs the yard and the schedule. His son Sam drives the newest truck and is learning the roads the same way his grandfather did.
What happens on a pumping visit.
1.We pull your card
Before the truck leaves the yard we know where your lid is and how deep. No probing half the lawn.
2.Dig and open
A tidy square of turf lifted and set aside on a tarp. If you have risers, this takes a minute.
3.Pump and look
Every compartment pumped. We check inlet and outlet baffles and the effluent filter, and tell you what we see.
4.Close up and write it down
Turf back, lid sealed, card updated. We mail a reminder when your next pump is due.
