Can you really quote from a photo?
For about nine jobs in ten, yes. Two clear photos show us the height, the trunk, what is underneath and how the truck gets in. If a tree is unusual, say it is hollow or leaning over power lines, we tell you so and send an estimator the same or next day at no charge.
What if the job turns out different on the day?
The price we text is the price you pay. If the crew finds something the photos could not show, like rot inside the trunk, they explain it before they start and you decide. You can say no and owe nothing.
Is clean-up really included?
Yes, on every job. We chip the branches and haul them away, rake the lawn and blow the driveway. If you would like the wood cut to firewood length or the chips left as mulch, just say so when you book.
Are you insured?
We carry $2 million in general liability plus workers comp for every crew member, and we email the certificates before the job if you ask. Tree work without workers comp can leave the homeowner liable, so it is worth checking with anyone you hire.
Do you handle storm emergencies at night?
