Can my pet really be seen today?
Most days, yes. We hold a block of same-day slots at both clinics every day, including evenings until 9pm on weekdays. If the widget shows a time, it is open. If nothing fits, call us and we will find a gap or tell you honestly where to go.
What does the $49 new client exam include?
A full nose-to-tail exam with one of our vets, weight and body condition score, a look at teeth, ears, eyes and skin, and a written plan with prices for anything we recommend. Vaccines and tests are added only if you agree, at the prices on this page.
What happens if my pet needs help after 9pm?
Call our number and the message tells you the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital. If you have been seen by us, we send your pet’s records over first thing so the emergency team has them.
My pet is scared of the vet. Can you help?
Every vet and nurse on our team is Fear Free certified. We use treats, non-slip mats and low handling, and we can prescribe a calming medication to give at home before the visit. Cats can stay in their carrier for most of the exam.
Do you take pet insurance, and how do I pay?
We accept all major cards and phone payments at the desk. We do not bill insurers directly, but we email you an itemized invoice and the medical notes within an hour so you can claim straight away.
