Questions before you sign up
What is included in the monthly price?
A weekly visit, all the chlorine, acid and stabilizer your pool needs, and a photo report after every visit. Salt pools add $10 a month for salt cell care. Filter cleans and an attached spa are optional add-ons you choose in the plan builder. There are no chemical surcharges and no fuel fees.
How does the first clean for $0 work?
Pick the 3 month plan and your first visit is free. Billing starts after that first visit, once you have seen its photo report. After three months your plan simply rolls month to month and you can cancel any time with a text.
What is in the photo report?
Photos of the water, the floor and your equipment pad, the chemical readings we took and what we added, the filter pressure, and a short note from your tech if anything needs your attention. It arrives by text and email before we leave your street.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. Most owners are at work. We just need access to the yard, so a gate code or an unlocked side gate, and dogs kept inside on your service day. Your tech closes and checks the gate on the way out, and the photo report shows it.
My pool is green. Can I still start a plan?
Yes. We start with a green pool rescue: shock, floc, vacuum to waste and a full filter clean, usually clear within three days. Rescues start at $199 depending on how far gone it is, and then the pool rolls straight into your weekly plan.
